Valerin forte is a herbal medicinal product with sedative properties. Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.Adults, adolescents and the elderly: in mild states of nervous tension and anxiety: 1-2 tablets, coated three times a day; in difficulty falling asleep 2-3 tablets coated on 1/3 hour before planned sleep.Use orally.The recommended duration of treatment is 2-4 weeks.If symptoms worsen or persist after 2 weeks, consult a physician.
