The medicine has many effects because it contains 3 active substances.Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic and analgesic, phenylephrine hydrochloride reduces congestion and swelling of the nasal mucosa, while feniramine alleviates sneezing, itching of the nasal mucosa and sinuses. Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
