The indication for use of Sudafed XyloSpray HA for children is short-term treatment of nasal congestion accompanied by watery discharge. These symptoms often accompany colds or sinusitis. This medicine is intended for children between 2 and 12 years of age. Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.Unless otherwise advised by your doctor or pharmacist, use one dose in each nostril up to three times a day for children between 2 and 12 years of age.The drug for short-term use - no more than 5-7 days.
