The active substance is: metamizol sodium (Metamizolum natricum).1 tablet contains 500 mg metamizole sodium monohydrate.Excipients: potato starch, gelatin, magnesium stearate Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.The tablets should be taken with sufficient water.The drug should be used during or after a meal.Adults: sporadic pain and fever: 1 tablet (500 mg) to 2 tablets (1000 mg).The maximum single dose is 2 tablets (1000 mg metamizole).The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets (3000 mg metamizole).Do not use the drug for more than 3-5 days without consulting a doctor.The dosage of the drug should be adjusted in the case of:elderly patients, people with reduced creatinine clearance, liver and kidney problems.
