No-Spa Max is a diastolic drug that reduces the pain associated with spasms of the abdominal organs, gastrointestinal tract (stomach and intestines), urinary and biliary tract, and for women also the genital tract. This medicine should always be used exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by the doctor, pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.The usual recommended dose is:Adults: 1 film-coated tablet 2 or 3 times a day. The daily dose is 120 to 240 mg.Children over 12 years of age: 1 film-coated tablet once or twice a day. The maximum daily dose for children is 160 mg.The drug can be used for up to 7 days without consulting a doctor.
