Take enough medicine with enough liquid. In difficulties with falling asleep 2 tablets half an hour to an hour before bedtime or, if necessary, an additional 2 tablets in the evening. If the symptoms do not improve after 2 to 4 weeks or get worse while using the medicine, a doctor should be consulted.
