Ibuprom Sinus is a medicine for the immediate treatment of sinusitis symptoms. Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.Adults and children over 12 years: orally 1 to 2 tablets orally every 4 hours after meals. Do not take more than 6 tablets a day.The medicinal product should not be given to children under 12 years of age.Elderly: No dose adjustment is required unless renal or liver function is impaired. In this case, the physician should determine the dosage for the individual patient.Undesirable effects may be reduced by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to control symptoms.If the medicinal product needs to be used for more than 3 days or the patient worsens, the patient should be referred to a doctor.
